PLAYING DRESS UP

March 13, 2017

I’m a pretty picky person to dress up. I’m very specific when it comes to clothes because I like to pay attention to every single detail. Because I’m a huge believer in comfort being a top priority in every piece I wear, it takes me a lot of time before settling into what I’m going to wear. It becomes easier when I’m just dressing up for a leisurely stroll in the mall, or a night out with friends. But it’s a whole new different story when I’m supposed to be all dolled up.

Formal Dresses Brisbane

I think everyone agrees that we should always be comfortable with what we’re wearing and I always put that in mind when choosing formal wear. I mean, it’s complicated enough for me that I have to have a full make-up, I didn’t want to complicate it further by choosing a dress that I couldn’t easily move around in. This is why I’m thankful that we live in an age where it’s so convenient to look for just about anything. When I came across Formaldressaustralia I was overwhelmed by how much dresses they carry. They not only have beautiful designs but they’re Cheap Formal Dresses too — I’m not keen on spending too much on formal dresses which is why it’s a huge thing for me to find a beautifully made piece at such a low price.

Here are my top three picks from Formaldressaustralia:

(L-R: High Neck Gray Tulle Floor-length Beading Fashion Formal Dresses; A-line V-neck Chiffon with Ruffles Floor-length Glamorous Formal Dresses; Princess Sweep Train Sweetheart Tulle with Ruffles Promotion Formal Dresses)

I’m not usually into dresses that doesn’t have sleeves but I think my style is evolving because I’m definitely much more comfortable in showing my arms. If I would have to pick only one out of all three, I guess it would be the pink one. It’s feminine, and it’s flowy. I’m not really someone who would wear something that shows cleavage but it wouldn’t hurt to try to do so at least once, right?

I kinda wish I’ve come across this site when I was about to have my graduation ball because I would definitely wear one of those dresses. They’re all too pretty not to try on! And since we’re in the topic of grad balls and/or proms, what did you wear to yours? 🙂

I really like the flowy -dress! It is something I’d wear. But I don’t have cleavsss to show lols. I wore a hot pink (ew) haltered ball gown on my junior year. I think it’s really cute until I reminisced right now haha.

Same! But I’ve always believed that if you like something, just wear it with confidence and no one would notice. 😛 Haha I’m so glad Instagram weren’t there yet when I made poor fashion choices.

The flowy pink one is my fave too! I wish I used the internet more during high school because my dresses for my two proms and graduation ball is a mix between MEH and EWW. Like, how did I convince myself that a silver dress and a hot pink dress is good??? Hahaha!
